Exchanges can only be made if the item is faulty and within 10 days of receiving item, although this is a highly unlikely occurrence as all items are quality checked. Return postage must be paid for by the buyer. This store is not responsible for any losses or damages that occur in postage.

Shipping - At the checkout the buyer has the option of choosing between TWO shipping options. The lower cost option is Economy Air Mail that has no tracking. The higher cost option is Standard Air Mail that is fully tracked. By selecting the Economy Air Mail option the customer acknowledges that this store is not responsible for any losses that occur in postage. For this reason we recommend choosing Standard Air Mail, but in an effort to keep costs to a minimum we still offer the lower cost option.
